Depression- Blue Mood

A blue mood refers to someone who is feeling hopelessness without much of an outlook on life. For some people this is a temporary feeling and for others it lasts years. For an adult who feelings slightly depressed all of the time, (for 1 year), we call this dysthimic whereas depression is much more indepth. In order to help remove the blue mood, you need to do something different today. Perhaps a walk around the block or go to the book store where there are people. Go and get coffee at starbucks or the coffee bean and leaf. It really does not matter. Some people perceive this as lonely. However, the fact is the reason that a starbucks works so well is because it puts the community of people together. Most of the people get attracted to this type of atmosphere because they feel the same as you. Why else would you pay 3 or 4 dollars for a quarter worth of coffee. The point is to get out of the house and go somewhere. Bring something to read to comfort you. You can get water or bring something if you do not have money. Trust me, you will not be the only one doing this.
