The newest research shows that when you lose a love one that it is not the depression that needs to be resolved. It is the actual grieving of the loss that is the most important. When you don’t have the love one to talk to or share things with should be the focus. Too many therapist’s are focused on resolving the loss by using depressive technigues. Learn about the stages of death and loss and speed the process up. It won’t happen over night, but you will be better in time.
